Insurance
I am an in-network provider with Optum, United Healthcare, and United Behavioral Healthcare. For in-network you can expect to be responsible for a copay, which is typically $10 - $50 per session.
I also accept insurance as an out-of-network provider if you are not currently with any of the insurance plans listed above. If that is the case I can submit a receipt for services (superbill) to you at the end of the month. Once your insurance accepts the claim, your insurance will reimburse you for the amount that your plans covers when seeing an out-of-network provider.

Online sessions out of pocket fee
Most, but not all insurance will cover online healthcare. This is something that I can check with your insurance prior to starting sessions. In the case of non insurance coverage for payment, 50 minute sessions are paid for “out of pocket” meaning that you as the client cover the full cost of the online session. Online session rate is $125 per 50 minutes session for individuals, $200 per 50 minute couples session and $250 for extended 90 minute couples sessions. When possible, I offer sliding scale (reduced rates) for persons experiencing financial difficulties.
