My online practice addresses the mental health needs of individuals and couples affected by life changes and challenges. I strive to create an environment that allows for clear, authentic, and supportive collaboration between therapist and client in order to establish and achieve goals. Our collaboration creates a strong therapeutic relationship to help resolve symptoms of mental disorder, stress, relationship problems, and difficulties in coping in the social environment.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered and utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a mindful cognitive behavioral form of therapy that focuses on present moment experience, openness, and engaging in valued actions toward your goals.
